Priceline travel insurance covers you before and during your Priceline-booked trip. In general, travel insurance can include protection for things such as trip cancellation or interruption, travel delay, lost or delayed baggage, medical coverage, and emergency transportation, depending on the type of plan the consumer chooses.
Plans can include trip cancellation and trip interruption protection, emergency medical benefits, lost or damaged baggage protection, 24-hour live assistance, and more. You can add Trip Protection at checkout when booking your trip. At that time, you’ll be able to see the benefits of the protection plan and read the terms and conditions.

A refund will be processed back to your original form of payment. You will receive an email with the details of your refund amount. Non-refundable charges and cancellation fees will be subtracted from your refund amount. Priceline may take up to 24 hours to submit your refund.
If you booked a hotel other than an Express Deals®, you may be able to change or cancel the reservation depending on the hotel’s cancellation policy. You’ll see your hotel’s cancellation policy prior to booking. You can also find your hotel’s cancellation policy within your itinerary.
