Out of all the airlines I've flown with in my life, I believe I have flown SWA the most. They service most of the destinations I travel to on a semi-regular basis, they employees are generally helpful and pleasant to interact with, the planes are reasonably clean, and the price is usually more fair than not.

I’m flying southwest for the first time in 10 years due to a last minute work trip (my usual airline wasn’t available) and I just don’t get why anyone would chose this regularly. Their app is a joke.
Southwest Airlines Now Showing Prices on Google Flights. I was just searching for a flight from DEN to New York, and noticed that for the first time, Southwest flights have prices associated with them. I checked a couple different dates and destinations and saw the same thing.
That flight was delayed by more than 5 hours. A family member was flying out this morning from a local airport. Last night the flight was cancelled. We got the message and immediately tried to rebook and found one flight with 3 seats at an airport over 1 hour away.
