Booked a domestic flight about a week ago and have not received a confirmation email yet. Nothing in the spam folder either. They did charge my credit card. I tried calling customer support but every time I'm asked to wait >1 hour. The Chat bot is useless as well. I've sent them an email, but nothing so far.
Never received a confirmation email. I scheduled a flight for my mom and myself last Wednesday through Spirit's website. I stupidly went through as a guest and didn't create an account. On Friday I called Spirit and was able to confirm that we have the flight.
