I use an MSA (Microsoft Account) with Windows’s PIN login normally, so I rarely enter my Windows password. To resolve the issue, I locked my screen, selected Password input instead of PIN input, and then entered my password.
Please double check your site to ensure our code has indeed been installed properly. The most common cause of this problem is that the code has not been installed correctly, has been altered in some way (often by accident), or some other code on the page is interfering with the StatCounter code.
Sign up for a free account at StatCounter and follow the steps to create your first project and generate your StatCounter code. If prompted, make sure to choose WebStarts from the list of Installation Guides. Copy the StatCounter code. Log into your WebStarts account (opens in a new window) with your email address and password.
The StatCounter.com homepage won't load - and my counter won't load on my webpage. The country, city, state, regions stats are a little off. I know my friend is from xxx but he is coming up as xxx. The code is installed fine but it's not counting any visitors for some reason.
