I get as far as the Windows folder and there is no Temporary Internet Files folder. I went here to check the location: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Security. It says they are located here:

13 Ιουν 2017 · In February we moved to Office 365. We have an end user running Windows 10 that was working fine until 2 weeks ago. She continues to get the "Temp Mailbox" message. We've deleted .pst's recreated her Outlook profile and uninstalled and reinstalled. Still having the issue.

20 Μαΐ 2017 · For your reference, kindly check the steps in this article: "Your mailbox has been temporarily moved to Microsoft Exchange server” message when an Office 365 user opens Outlook. Completing the steps will allow us to further isolate the root cause of the concern.
In Control Panel, click or double-click Mail. Click Show Profiles. In the Mail dialog box, select the profile that you want to remove, and then click Remove. The following warning message is displayed: Careful, if you remove this profile, offline cached contents for its accounts will be deleted.
