9 Μαρ 2023 · If the Outlook app is open on your computer, you need to close it before you can delete the cache. Save any work you may be doing in it and quit the app. Press the Windows + R keys at the same time to open the Run box. Type the following path into the box and press Enter. %localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook
I get as far as the Windows folder and there is no Temporary Internet Files folder. I went here to check the location: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Security. It says they are located here:
