The Holding Company is a 21+ 3-story music venue, bar and restaurant located just steps away from the beach on Newport Ave. in Ocean Beach. With an overall capacity of 660 and the flexibility of booking one floor or the entire venue, we are the perfect space for your next event, however big or small.
Great place! So much going on all at once! Not local to Ocean Beach but Holding Company is a great place to spend time when we are in the area. The roof has a great ocean view. Super chill. The first floor is for live music, dj and events. Cover is usually pretty low. Drinks are regular priced for the type of venue.
