If you did not missed your exam yet, the option to reschedule it is available in your Microsoft Certification Dashboard by signing in using your Microsoft account and password under Appointments. To do this, please follow the steps below:
If you need to reschedule or cancel your exam, contact Pearson VUE online by following the five steps listed above at least 48 hours prior to your exam or by phone at least 24 hours prior to your exam. Pearson VUE charges a U.S. $50 fee to reschedule and a U.S. $100 fee to cancel.
Reschedules should be completed through Scheduler up to 72 hours before the scheduled test. You will be unable to reschedule within 72 hours of the scheduled test date. When assistance is needed for a reschedule, the Organization may contact the Pearson VUE Customer Contact Center at 0344 994 4488.
