16 Αυγ 2023 · You will be redirected to the exam delivery provider’s site to cancel your exam. After cancelling the exam, you can reschedule the exam as it is. If issue persists, please provide PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) that details each step you took until you see the issue notice.
If you are impacted by a test center closure, you will receive an email with information on how to reschedule your exam. Tip: Be sure to keep your email address up to date in your account profile and don’t forget to list us as an approved sender!

16 Ιουλ 2024 · Rescheduling an appointment at a Pearson Vue Test Center: You can reschedule for free up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you reschedule less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a flat fee of 25USD.
Test-takers whose exam payment was processed through their exam sponsor will either receive a refund or an extension as determined by the exam sponsor. Q. Can I reschedule my exam? A. Yes. You should attempt to reschedule your exam through your online Pearson VUE account.
