Travelers who qualify for the Visa Waiver Program are required to apply for and get an approved travel authorization via ESTA to board a plane or vessel headed to the United States. Authorization from ESTA doesn’t guarantee entry into the United States.
Carry-on bags You can bring one carry-on bag and one personal item for free on most flights. Your bag must fit in the overhead bin, so it must be 9 in x 14 in x 22 in (23 cm x 35 cm x 56 cm).
13 Ιουν 2024 · Both carry-on bags and personal items are required to meet certain standards that are set by United. You may bring 1 of each with you when flying United (excluding Basic Economy on a non-transatlantic flight), but the requirements for each are different.
7 Ιουλ 2024 · United requires your carry-on bag to be no larger than 22 x 14 x 9 inches (56 x 35 x 23 cm), including the handle and wheels of the bag. Your personal item can be no larger than 9 x 10 x 17 in (22 x 25 x 43 cm).
United Airlines accepts one carry-on bag and one personal item per passenger, free of charge, with one exception: only one personal item, no carry-on bag, for Basic Economy tickets for all flights other than trans-Atlantic and trans-Pacific.
