You can change or update existing reservations in the My trips section of united.com or the United app. There’s no service charge to get help from our Customer Contact Center by phone if you have an existing reservation, but your representative will inform you of any change fees that may apply.

If you do not see your country listed, call our main English language number, 1-800-UNITED-1 (1-800-864-8331). We also have reservation numbers in other languages. Customers who use TDD or TTY devices should call 1-800-323-0170. MileagePlus members can call the MileagePlus Service Center at 1-800-421-4655.
For ticketing, reservations or ticket changes, contact us using the information below. We suggest visiting the Flight Search and Manage Reservations sections before contacting us, as you may be able to book or change your reservation on united.com.
One can call UA, through the appropriate portal, say Platinum number, and do it over the phone, or, when they do the International version of OLCI, they just check to NOT use their existing API info, then a new one, and enter the renewed Passport data.
