Well, yes. Vayama is a ticket flogger. They are not a travel agent i.e. not a replacement for a bricks and mortar travel agent. They transfer data to book flights. Nothing more. Obviously if you want good customer service you’re going to have to pay for with a real travel agent or by purchasing directly from the airline.

After contacting Vayama representatives, I was informed that our tickets were VOIDED due to a processing error and that I was emailed after the initial booking. Using the same card for many other flights on this trip this was an ERROR in their booking site.
And, Vayama has a customer service manager who posts here, and who you can contact by personal message if you have any concerns (VayamaVoice). The thread you should look at is the one below, because I think post #7 sums up what I'd think.
