I've called the Better Business and filed a complaint against Vayama but I thought I'd also put in my review here. I was charged (twice) by Vayama for a ticket change that was not rendered correctly OR on time.
I am absolutely appalled and very angry about vayama - on their site they have a trustpilot four star graphic- this is not true. The ticket indicated a 'transfer to another aircraft' not a150€ taxi across Osaka to another international airport.
I found a great deal through Vayama and want to pull the trigger but having never done business with them, I looked up some reviews and found so many negative experiences. I then did the same for Expedia, Travelocity, etc. (companies I know and trust) and found the same.
Vayama.com is not only a scam company, if you ever provided your credit card information; they will charge your credit card fraudulently. Yes, you can dispute and keep running after them, keep calling them (No one will respond).
We used Google to search for airline tickets to Dublin, and clicked on the link provided. The link was not the airline we intended, but Vayama. We learned much later about Vayama's bad customer service and refusal to give refunds.
