Hello, I am flying the day after tomorrow with Indigo and I have discovered I cannot do web checkin. I called customer service and they said I must do checkin at the airport and show them my credit card. Has anyone else experienced this?
30 Οκτ 2023 · IndiGo has clarified that web check-in is not mandatory, but recommended for a hassle-free flight experience. This comes amid a rise in passenger complaints about airlines showing all seats as paid despite free mandatory web check-in.
28 Ιουν 2024 · • You can use web check-in 48 to 1 hour before the flight departure time and not before. • You cannot cancel or change your booking after web check-in. Indigo airline does not offer refunds or issue credit notes.
