The game is simultaneously about time travel and soul crushing temp work. Set in the modern day, the player characters are temps who work for Browne Chronometrics, a company that fixes temporal anomalies.

I always recommend Time & Temp, which is entirely about time travel. The PCs are temp workers at a corporation that has mastered time travel and uses it to police the past and the future to protect the space-time continuum.
