29 Ιαν 2007 · A DA Form 6 determines whos turn is it to do a particular duty or task. You start with a list of names in Rank and Alphabetical order (COlumns A&B) and then in Column C you start with giving the first person (Cell C1) with the Number 1 then you add a number all the way down (C2=2, C3=3) etc.
An up-to-date DA Form 6 fillable version is available for digital filing and download below or can be found through the Army Publishing Directorate website. The form is used to properly distribute tasks and work details between the involved personnel.

The generated DA6 can be copied to Excel for easy printing. Each cell is 'clickable' to change the Soldier's status during that day between: Available, 'A', 'D', or 'U'. See AR 220-45 for the meaning of these designators.
