1 Σεπ 2021 · A: Yes. The rule requiring all passengers to complete a digital Passenger Locator Form (dPLF) before entering Italy remains in place. One form must be completed for each adult passenger; accompanied minors can be registered on the form of the accompanying adult. Find further information about completing the form here.
PLF Italy. Passenger Locator Form (dPLF) for Italy is an online health declaration that must be completed by every adult traveler wishing to enter Italy. The Italian dPLF is part of the European Digital Passenger Locator Form, along with Malta and Slovenia. Italy implemented PLFs as part of safety measures on the 1st of July, 2021.
