21 Ιουν 2024 · What is the recipient address? The forum software removed it - add spaces before and after the @ or remove the .com (or .net etc) from the address. If it is the weird outlook_ address, you need to go to https://account.live.com/names/manage and add an outlook.com address.

11 Ιουν 2024 · Go to the Office 365 Anti-Spam IP Delist Portal page at https://sender.office.com. Follow the instructions on the page. Use the email address that received the NDR, and the IP address that was specified in the error message. You can enter only one email address and one IP address per visit.

Resolution Either manually add the email address in the Symantec.cloud console, or perform an update using the Schemus Synchronization Tool .
