They have poor customer service and they lie to people. They promise vouchers and never pay them. When you call to complain… there’s no phone number and they play dumb on the chat.
I sent in a claim for my damaged luggage on May 15. Received an email on May 16 that they will replace it. They asked me to confirm the size of my luggage. I did less than an hour later. After a few days of not hearing from them, I contacted customer service through the online chat.
During the chat keep typing “agent” to reach a real person. Alternatively, go to their customer service sight and file a complaint. They are pretty good about responding within 3-4.
