16 Ιουν 2024 · Hertz is a terrible company to rent through. Their customer service is terrible, they take a very long time to take care of incidents and charge you for every little thing.

Seems like this is not the first time you have had trouble with a rental car company and let off steam in a TA forum.

I've been trying to get in touch with customer service but none of the posted Hertz numbers work. Whenever I try to call it just hangs up immediately. Numbers I've tried: 800-654-3131, 800-654-4173. It just says "call can not be completed at this time".
11 Ιουν 2024 · My complaint to Hertz fell on deaf ears. As a Hertz PC member, I would like to escalate this matter further. Do we have any Hertz rep lurking here? I am now considering reporting this to the local road and transport authority as well as consumer affairs.
