There is no form to fill to recover my account. My password is perfectly used, but the app does not tell me my account is banned or anything else. It just says cannot login.

Text Now does not permit VPN usage with their service. They will recycle your number and cancel your account. You can still sign up with a new google or apple account and get a new number.
Go to textnow.com on Chrome browser, use the 3 dots on top right corner to change it to desktop version. Log in, go to settings..then..Back to messaging... it just worked for me to send a couple txt.
