1 ημέρα πριν · Hi, my gf booked a flight with Indigo under 1 PNR, from Amsterdam to Istanbul, then Istanbul to Mumbai and then Mumbai to Bangkok. She is a Thai citizen. At the checkin in Amsterdam with Turkish Airlines who provides the first leg to IST, they told her that she will need to pick up her luggage in Mumbai, go through immigration and go to the checkin desk again to drop her luggage.

You can also book flights online through the Indigo Airlines website.
Web check-in on international flights is mostly for reserving seats. Document verification is mandatory before someone's "OK to Board". You'll have to collect your boarding pass from the airport counter after your passport and visa are verified.
