I would try reaching RockAuto first to see what they tell you and if they are not willing to help you then contact the distributor. Last resort would be a charge back since the part was sent incorrectly and you have proof that received part and the part that you ordered do not match.
5 ημέρες πριν · 7/1/24 7:32 p.m. I have really been batting 1000 with RockAuto lately. Last two orders from them have either had incorrect or missing parts. Last order, I got brake pads that were not correct. This time, I got short changed two rotors; on the order but not in the box. And they are not easy to deal with, either.
Any recs for my RockAuto order? Hey all, I'm pulling the engine and trans out of my 5th Gen in the next few weeks to tackle a few things (oil pump seal, a/c rebuild, steering rack, etc). I'm about to place the order for my engine parts, but does anyone know of something i'm missing?
Did you check your VIN and build to find the Nissan part number for your year, make, model, and grade, build country, body (2 row seating? 3 row?), drivetrain (awd? fwd? engine? transmission), manual or electronic parking brakes?
