so my ticket says i can check in bags which are 150cm or lesser. i have 3 bags with me which i will be carrying all of which are more than 150cm (155 cm, 155 cm and 165cm). all of them are 23kg or lesser, will i be charged for the dimensions of the bad?

I flew on Spirit Airlines from Punta Cana, Dominican Republic to Orlando changed planes to Philadelphia. After arriving home I discovered that someone went thru my checked bag and several items were stolen. I filed a claim with Spirit (which was a joke).
