Then I get another email with my itinerary saying my payment wasn't processed and I need to call. When I view my trip, though, it says my status is confirmed. My question: will Spirit retry the payment?
Got an email Monday night that my booking is canceled (implying 'per my request') and here's my credit for ~$80. 25 hours before flight. I get on the chat and get the extended-delay message. 3 hours later, still nothing, then a canned message to manage my booking on their website.

Then add your flight itinerary to the booking tool and remember to select Show Fares In Points . You can then see how many points you need for a particular flight.
