Total value 8.3 billion, transaction value is 4.7 billion including 3.6 billion of net debt from Spirit.
I think there may be some confusion here: Spirit Aero is a manufacturing company, perhaps mostly known for making airplane fuselages. Not to be confused with Spirit Airlines, the budget air carrier.
