3 ημέρες πριν · Question, the Crankshaft and Camshaft Positioning/Speed Sensors, are they the same part on the CM-871? I am looking to replace the Crankshaft sensor down by the damper. I had no luck finding any sensors on Quickserve and called the dealer.

24 Ιουν 2024 · Correct way to set the Cam Position Sensor is as follows. 1) Set the motor to TDC on the Harmonic Balance. Pull No1 plug and check the piston is set correctly. 2) Put a 4mm drill bit or rod into the Cam Position Sensor, there is only one hole and it can only locate one way.

11 Ιουν 2024 · Has anyone ever had any problems with a steering angle sensor forcing the car to lose communication with the transmission and or ABS with the multitronic. My local mechanic has scanned it and found no communications to TCM and also Steering angle sensor fault.
4 ημέρες πριν · I have just installed a crane 2031 cam into my xr8, but we took the cam sensor out with out reading the book and now i have found out that it should of had a tool put on it so it can be lined up when it goes back in.
2 ημέρες πριν · Take the crank angle sensor off, clean it as well as the toothed wheel on the balancer. Do a quick check on the CAS, should be around a couple of ohms resistance from memory. So just undo the bolts pull it out and spray everything clean with CRC 5.56 Electrical spray.
