The Scepter will last for 90 seconds, and in Conquest, 30 seconds after it disappears, a new Comet will spawn! In the modes that have Towers, when both Tier 1 towers in a lane are cleared, the Comet will stop spawning there. Comets will stop spawning altogether once all Tier 1 Towers are destroyed.

I fully expect the start of year 11 to be a hunter-solo meta. The removal of class passives will get rid of their large level 1 disadvantage as well as the change to lifesteal cap makes me think people will pick them so they can both survive brawls while doing actual damage.
From what I've seen, the past few patch notes have been Artio being buffed, and I wonder if she's going to become meta like Jorm did. How will the Divine Legacy Event work with the point system thing?
