20 Ιουν 2022 · I have Windows 11 and Office 365. Whenever I turn on my computer and open Outlook, email does not download automatically as in the past. I first have to click the SEND/RECEIVE tab. The WORK OFFLINE button is NOT hi-lited. So I click the WORK OFFLINE button twice and then email downloads normally.
