3 Νοε 2019 · the coolant is pumped directly into the block from the timing cover. this port is separated into 2 with a "ramp" in the timing cover (direct the flow into the block). On the bottom half is a bolt, remove this and it will completely drain the block. You can also do this from the turbo with the bolt I am pointing out.

1 Φεβ 2023 · I'm fixing to replace ANOTHER water outlet on my Cruze. I've used a GM replacement, a couple of Dorman replacements and a knockoff from Amazon. Has anyone found a better option that doesn't crap out after a year or two?
5 Δεκ 2015 · Remove the 4 hoses to the water outlet, 3 e-torx fasteners, and pull the water outlet. Have a bucket ready as coolant will come out. Make sure the old water outlet gasket is off, clean the mating surfaces and reverse the procedure.
