Just recently my first layers have stopped sticking to my build plates. Here is what I have done to troubleshoot. After each step, I attempted a new print. Re-leveled, and tested with different build plates. I have two build plates and prints are failing to adhere to both. Re-surface build plate.
My build plate is slightly scratched, but not to any point where it should be causing issues with prints. I've changed my settings on lychee slicer for the resin I'm using - Anycubic Rapid Grey. This did help with the raft sticking to the plate, however this too stopped happening after a few prints.
For the last week, I have seen a degradation on my printing, with prints not sticking to the build plate at first in the center, with still successful prints on either sides, leaving goo on the FEP film.

15 Οκτ 2021 · Elegoo Mars Prints Sticking to FEP. While resin 3D printing, some prints may stick to FEP film which can get very frustrating. Your prints should come off the FEP film easily with the Z-lift and a pop sound when the remaining part of the surface detaches from the film.
My first print resulted in the base of the test rook's being still stuck to the film and not the build plate. I came back about 3 hours later to find nothing but uncured resin on the build plate. Using the plastic scraper I got the failed prints off the film.
