Third-year renewal: this renewal is due three years from your first-year renewal, and is the first renewal that requires the 30 hours of CE. You will receive a renewal notice 60 days prior to your due date with instructions on how to submit your renewal information, CE and fee to the Division.

This division is responsible for licensing Ohio's real estate brokers, salespeople, appraisers and foreign real estate dealers and salespeople. The Division is also responsible for the registration of cemeteries located in Ohio and the registration of real estate developments located in other states but marketed in Ohio.

Ohio Real Estate License Renewal (30 Hours): Complete 30 hours of CE every three years by your birthday. Must include three separate 3-hour courses in Canons of Ethics, Civil Rights, and Core Law. For Brokers: Also includes a 3-hour Broker Responsibility course.
