Dolby provides some great resources, but I warn you it can get quite complicated and deep with viewing angles and so forth.

22 Φεβ 2019 · I would probably look at going 7.2.2 with your rear speakers placed slightly higher than your surrounds. Surround back speakers do more work than your Atmos speakers will do, so should be a good compromise.
