  3. 17 Μαΐ 2021 · We invite passengers entering Italy to be aware of the obligation to fill out the digital Passenger Locator Form - dPLF, available at this link https://app.euplf.eu/#/. The obligation will be in force starting from May 24, 2021 for anyone entering Italy from abroad for any duration, and by any transport means.
