The obligation will be in force starting from May 24, 2021 for anyone entering Italy from abroad for any duration, and by any transport means.

18 Μαΐ 2021 · Starting from May 24, 2021, anyone who enters Italy (as their final destination) for any length of time from foreign states or territories , on board any means of transport, before entering the national territory, is required to fill in the digital Passenger Locator Form.
