12 Ιουν 2024 · All passengers arriving to Portugal must complete and submit a Passenger Locator Card ("PLC"). The PLC can be completed online BEFORE departure to Portugal (recommended) or on board your arriving flight, or (worst case) upon arrival at the airport. It's not optional, it's a requirement.
Airlines are supposed to offer the Portuguese form when you are on board, for that very reason. However 99% of people check in on line beforehand. You would know your seat number and therefore could fil out your Portuguese form on line in advance.
Hello, I'm about to visit Portugal for a family holiday and understand a locator form must be completed before travel - since there are 2 adults and 2 small children in my family, can anyone advise if this is one form per family, one per adult or one for everyone?
