Cécile Ulbrich Tucker (born May 19, 1969) is an American rower. She competed in the women's quadruple sculls event at the 1996 Summer Olympics. She rowed at Harvard College. [1] Her great-grandfather, John Paine, competed in the 1896 Summer Olympics, one hundred years before her. [2]
Tucker competed at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics in the quad sculls, and also rowed at the 1994-95 World Championships. She later became coach of the women’s lightweight crews at Harvard. Results

In the 1840s, Harvard men’s rowing was established and 1852, the first Harvard- Yale Regatta, and first intercollegiate competition ever, was held. Centuries later, in 1972, Radcliffe rowing was established as is the first women’s rowing program in the Ivy League (Tucker).
