It was the 6th time choosing last minute.com. My experience from booking the trip to landing back on UK ground went well, no issues at all everything was clear. The hotel rated accurately to its standards so no surprises after the accommodation.
Appalling service . Last minute may have good deals to offer (sometimes) but its customer service is beyond appalling. There is no way to contact them via telephone and to the amend (let’s say, a change in hotel) or change booking you have to submit a request via web chat and then wait 48 hours (it takes longer than that).
