This research purpose is to explore the concept of consumer behavior under different aspects of its interpretation. The approach is based on a sound documentary analysis, with some direct and indirect observations.
In this chapter, I explain the basics of consumer behavior and show you how you can use it to better your marketability, explain your value, and increase your sales.
This chapter will focus on the area of consumer behaviour by first considering a number of human behavioural models and the commonalities thereof with consumer behaviour, impacting the marketing field of study. Once the human behavioural models have been addressed, the chapter will focus on models of consumer behaviour.
