12 Μαΐ 2024 · D.C. Superior Court case search has moved to Odyssey Portal for the following case types (Phase 1): Civil Division cases, including Landlord and Tenant and Small Claims. Civil cases in the Tax Division. Probate Division.
The DC Courts are located at the Metrorail Red Line Judiciary Square Station (once in the station, take the exit marked "DC Courthouses" for the Moultrie Courthouse and Court Building C, and the exit marked "Building Museum" for the Historic Courthouse and Court Buildings A and B).
The Superior Court of the District of Columbia, commonly referred to as DC Superior Court, is the trial court for the District of Columbia, in the United States. It hears cases involving criminal and civil law, as well as family court, landlord and tenant, probate, tax and driving violations (no permit and DUI).
The online case search system (eAccess) provides docket information for most cases as well as document images in some cases. Docket information and document images are available within minutes of being input or scanned into the court record.
