Forgot your FSA ID? Learn how to retrieve your username and reset your password for federal student aid.
Recover your FSA ID account with this process. You will need your username, email, or mobile phone number.
You’ll have an opportunity to link your current Federal Student Aid PIN to your FSA ID. Doing so allows you to use your newly created FSA ID almost immediately to log in to the five ED websites listed above. Even if you’ve forgotten your FSA PIN or don’t have one, you can still create an FSA ID.
If your PIV card is locked or if you have forgotten your PIN number, you will need to visit a dedicated Department of Education PIV office or a GSA shared service site to reset your PIN. If you have access issues using your PIV card, contact the FSA application help desk you are trying to access.
Q: What if I forget my FSA ID username or password? A: Don’t worry. On our log-in pages, you’ll find links that give you the option of retrieving your username or password through your verified e-mail address or by successfully answering your challenge questions.
13 Οκτ 2020 · If you still don’t remember your FSA ID username or password, select Forgot My Username or Forgot My Password on the login page, then follow the instructions to recover or reset your username or password.
There are options, including “Forgot Password” and “Forgot Username,” on the FSA login page where you enter your FSA ID. Visit these links, and you’ll be able to request a secure code. This code allows you to either reset your password or get your username.
