  6. A good customer service experience isn't having you take codes and links. They fix it and send you an email with any booking codes or anything you need afterward. It's the CSR's job to fix the problem, not yours.

  7. For the legitimate customer service issues where the customer is acting in good faith, I have not found that live chat vs phone has any difference in success rate and frequently takes less time to resolve.
