Check Gift Card Balance. Your gift card number is located on the back of your card.
To check your Indigo Gift Card balance online, you can use the gift card balance tool, or visit the Payment Options section in your Account Centre. Lost or stolen Gift Cards. Indigo Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards are subject to terms and conditions, and cannot be recovered if lost or stolen.
Check Gift Card Balance Give the gift of choice with an Indigo gift card. Use it to shop products and services at Indigo, Chapters, Indigospirit, Coles, or online.
You'll find your number on the back of your Indigo gift card, just below the barcode. The 20 digit number will start with 604883, and gift cards purchased outside of Indigo, Chapters, Coles locations will have 11 digits in front of the 604883 (these need to be omitted when entering the card number).
Check a gift card balance. Gently remove the metallic strip on the back of your gift card to reveal both the card and the access numbers.
Check any Gift Card balances by entering your Gift Card number and PIN, and selecting Next. Email Preferences. See if and where we send promotional emails and flyers and select "Edit" to sign up to receive communications from Indigo about special offers, product recommendations, exclusive invitations and events. You can opt out at any time.
