The website keeps logging me out in less time that the CRA does. Secondly, every click takes 10 seconds of loading. Third, it takes 4+ clicks just to view the boarding passes. Lastly, the boarding pass page on the app doesn't let me send the boarding pass of the other passenger.
I assume they made changes to prevent scraping of data by external tools, but looks like it’s too sensitive. Happened to me before using the back button, had to clearing cookies / using incognito mode to solve it. I often get this "Access Denied" while trying to access the AC website.
Check in from your computer and print your boarding pass. No printer? No problem – print it at a self-serve kiosk when you get to the airport.
I have TSA pre check and this timing is usually not an issue to make my flight, but that goes out the window if I have to stand in line to check in and get my boarding pass.
11 Φεβ 2024 · I changed the flight time on one of my bookings yesterday on the AC website, and it worked just fine. I logged in just now to see if things are still working, and I'm able to open all of my upcoming bookings.
