Follow the below steps to view, read, reply to and delete email messages: Once logged in, make sure you are on the Mail tab on the top left. To view your e-mail messages, click on Inbox. To read, double click on the message you want to open.
You can add contacts to any of your address books. Only a name is required to create a contact, or you can create detailed contact forms that include full name, multiple email addresses, work, home, and other addresses, phone numbers, and an image. You can also create group contact lists.
You can select how you want to file the contact in your list. You can enter up to three email addresses and three mailing addresses. In the Address Book toolbar, click Contact. The New Contact form opens. Enter contact information, including first and last name, email address, job title, company information, and notes.
Your default user preferences are configured when your account is created and they define how mail, address books, and compose work for you. You can change these preference settings from the Preferences tab.
