Has anyone else had a bad experience booking with Small World Vacations, recommended by Mousesavers? I just had the WORST customer service experience with a travel agent there. I am a single mom turning 50 and they totally dropped the ball on my reservation.
23 Απρ 2006 · We've been booking with small world travel (Josepine) for 3 years now (around 12 trips) and have had the best service ever. They are always on the ball with discounts etc and reply to emails really quickly. Cannot fault at all and would (and do) recommend them highly.
7 Ιουλ 2015 · We’re in the process of using Small World Vacations for our March/April Disney World Trip. I am 110% satisfied with their service. YES, I could go online and book the trip through Disney myself for the same exact price. I actually asked our travel agent, Kersie, what the benefit to using a TA is.

Answer 1 of 2: Has anyone used Small World Vacations to plan their stay? They are an on-line travel agency. I guess they specialize in Disney Vacations. Were you happy with their help and arrangements? Did they make good recommendations?
