You can retrieve information about a previously flown flight by logging in to your account on Southwest.com®. Click on My Account then visit the Trips tab. You'll see your past flight(s) and can get the purchase details for your flight by clicking on the trip name.
To locate your confirmation number: Any upcoming reservations associated with your Rapid Rewards ® account will appear when you log in to your account via the following platforms: desktop - Under “My upcoming trips” Southwest app - At the top of the screen. mobile website - Under “My Trips”
A security document includes your confirmation code, name, and flight information; it also confirms that you have a reservation. A security document also allows you to go through TSA Security Checkpoint.
