contact Southwest Airlines Vacations’ Customer Care at 1-800-243-8372 to change or cancel your reservation. All changes and cancellations must be received and confirmed by Southwest Airlines Vacations’ Customer Care prior to departure. If reservation is cancelled, a written refund request can be submitted as follows:
Changes and Cancellations. Most flights can be changed or canceled through our website or the Southwest app without needing to call. Look for the Manage Reservations option on our website or app, pull up your reservation, and then tap or click either the Change or Cancel option.
Please contact Southwest Vacations' Customer Care at (800) 243-8372 to change or cancel your reservation. All changes and cancellations must be received and confirmed by Southwest Vacations' Customer Care prior to departure.
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund of your unused accommodation, ground transportation, and activities arrangements booked for the same trip through Southwest Vacations if Southwest Airlines disrupts your flight itinerary.
If your flight experiences a delay of 30 minutes or more or is cancelled, we use an automated system and will make reasonable efforts to notify you within 30 minutes of our being made aware of such flight status change.
