Kayak allows a range of known scam travel agents to sell flights through their website and app. It is impossible to ascertain which are real companies and which are the scam artists - these are known scam travel agents selling today through Kayak: Trading names: CallForUmrah. Clickaholiday. Getacruise. Getaflight.

  5. FLAT OUT SCAM. Long story short guys, kayak is just a platform. The people actually responsible for booking and customer service is a company called Chat deal and they stole $3500 from my family. They have one star reviews across the board on every site, including the BBB.

  7. The scammers usually make unsolicited contact with people via Phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, or email, fraudulently using KAYAK’s brand name and logo. The scammers have also referenced KAYAK’s executive team members in order to solicit trust in individuals.
