Answer 1 of 5: I got a flight through Vayama ( Vayama.com ) in July 2020, but we need to postpone the trip due to Coronavirus concerns, however they will not answer Customer service phone calls or emails.
Lesson number one: you don't get the cheapest price AND the most stellar customer service. These agencies rely on you to make a straightforward booking which can be handled automatically by computerised booking systems with the minimum of human intervention (ideally, none at all).
Vayama Customer Service is Horrible. Mult-hour waits on the Customer Support phone line. Rude agents from a dodgy call center. Would not put Supervisor on the line. Laughed right at me. I needed to change +48 hours away from departure and they wouldn't do it. They laughed again and hung up. NO, I didn't scream or curse at them
The issue was difficult to convey through the Service Desk of Vayama but I had noticed the Customer Service Manager (David) from Vayama often responded to customer comments on this site, and so I emailed him, outlining my issue. The reply and assistance I received from David was excellent and prompted me to write this note.
